Please find enclosed herewith a copy of our company's Account Statement dated 14.07.2003 supplied to us by your Trijuriction, Arya Nagar Branch, Kanpur. Further, kindly do certify the above referred enclosed account statement under Right to Information Act- 2005 that the same has been issued by your Trijunction Arya Nagar Branch, Kanpur. (copy enclosed ) Reply of the CPIO:
With reference to your application under RTI seeking c:rtificate that Xerox copies of Statement of Accounts pertaining to your account under reference . In this regard we sent your application for verification to the concerned Branch.
Trijuction Branch informed that they have already sent statement of account dated 17.12.2007 for the period 01.01.2001 to 31.12.2002 and same has already been provided to you vide letter dated 27/05/2011 , however once again sending the same which is supplied by the branch . As regards the Statement of account sent by you, it is informs by the Branch that! old system is non functional and now branch has been converted into Finacle Hence Branch is not in a position to verify it due to non function of old system. As regards Statement of account dated 17.12.2007 for the period 01.01.2001 to 31.12.2002 it is already in the record of the branch as hard copy.
Grounds for the First Appeal:
Information provided is wrong , false and unsatisfactory.
Order of the FAA:
FAA provided the certified copy of the account details. Grounds for the Second Appeal:
Information provided is unsatisfactory.

Both the parties requested to take up this matter today which is listed for hearing on 27/01/2012 at 3.30PM, hence the matter was heard.
The Appellant has asked the bank to verify a bank statement provided to him. This is not in the domain of RTI Act as defined under Section 2(f) of the RTI Act.
Decision:
The Appeal is disposed.
What is sought is not information as defined under Section 2(f) of the RTI Act. This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties. Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
