Section 2 in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Act, 2007 ;(b)"Form" means a form appended to these rules ; and(c)"Section" means section of the Act.All words and expressions used in these rules but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Act.
