Section 255(3) in Andhra Pradesh Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1980
(3)The Court at any time during the pendency of an attachment direct the decree-holder to pay into Court within a specified time, such additional sum as may be necessary to cover the costs for attachment, transport maintenance and custody of property and if such payment is not made within the time prescribed may withdraw the attachment.
