Section 13(1)(ii) in Puducherry Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973

(ii)where there is no such final statement, prepare a final statement, if necessary, under section 11. in accordance with the decision of the court or the Land Tribunal or other authority, as the case may be.
