Section 44 in Swarnim Gujarat Sports University Act, 2011
44. Power of State Government to give directions.
- The State Government shall have powers to issue directions from time to time as may be required for compliance of the provisions of this Act and the regulations made thereunder and any other law for the time being in force and the University shall be bound to comply with such directions.
