Electronic Value Payable letters, electronic value payable Parcels and Express Parcels may be insured. The provisions of rules 72 to 83 shall, so far as may, apply in relation to electronic Value Payable letter, electronic Value Payable Parcels and Value Payable Express Parcels as they apply to insured postal articles to which these rules apply."Vide G.S.R 37 (E)dated 18th January 2011II.
