Section 10(1) in The Maharashtra Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Conduct of Bullock Cart Race) Rules, 2017
(1)The organizer shall submit to the Collector, the details about the participants, compliance report of the bullock cart race and the video recording of the entire event in digital form, within fifteen days after the bullock cart race event.
