The application has been taken up in the Lok Adalat. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, which has been incorporated in their statements so recorded, the sum of Rs.34,37,733/- along with interest which has already accrued thereon, if any, be remitted to the applicant by issuing Demand Draft/Cross Cheque in his favour. The other amount of Rs.1,25,000/- in the form of Demand Draft, which the opposite parties were directed to pay as additional costs, has been received by him.
The application stands fully satisfied and is dismissed as such.
