Section 3(4) in Karnataka Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners' Registration and Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Rules, 1964
(4)On or after the date fixed for the receipt of the claims and objections, the Returning Officer shall pass orders in writing on each claim or objection and revise the preliminary electoral roll in respect of each system of medicine in accordance with such order and the rolls, as so revised shall be published in the official Gazette as the final electoral roll for election of members to the seats allotted for that system of medicine.
