(2)The words and expressions used in this Act and not defined but defined in the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act 49 of 1988) and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) shall have the meanings, respectively, assigned to them in those Acts.CHAPTER - II Establishment and Composition of Lokayukta.
