336. Police guards to be provided under certain conditions.
- Whenever it is necessary to place prisoners in confinement in any place without the walls of the jail, the Superintendent shall apply to the Superintendent of Police for such police guard as may, in the opinion of the latter officer, be necessary and the Superintendent of Police shall supply such guard accordingly.
