(4)It shall apply to all local areas of the State, other than those comprised within the jurisdiction of the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad and of any Municipality constituted under the [Telangana] [Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.142, MA & UD (F2) Department, 29.10.2015.] Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act No. 6 of 1965).
