Section 9 in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
9. Hunting of wild animals and birds without licence prohibited. -
No person shall hunt any wild animal or wild bird except under a licence granted under the provisions of this Act and in accordance with the conditions specified in such licence:Provided that no such licence shall be necessary to hunt any vermin.
