It is not a case in isolation. The Court can well appreciate the difficulty which many a candidates experience while marking the answers in O.M.R format. Since the petitioner obviously did not understand the instructions and mark the answers in the O.M.R. properly , therefore, his result could not be published by the BPSC in the format in which the answers was given by him.

It is not a case that the petitioner has been intentionally ousted from the zone of consideration since many a candidates have suffered because of their mistakes of understanding or writing the papers in terms of the instruction given in the OMR sheet as would be evident from Annexure-4. There is no infirmity and no direction is need to be issued to the respondents on this matter.

The writ petition is dismissed.
