praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to complete
the construction of the R.C. roof houses in package 22 under Emergent Tsunami
Reconstruction Project (E.T.R.P.) to the petitioners/beneficiaries in
Periyakuthagai Village, Vedaranyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District within a time
frame as fixed by this Court and to pay the sum of Rs.500/- per month to the
petitioners from January 2012 till the above houses are handed over to them.
