ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 3 to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.368 of 2021 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Velgatur Police Station, Jagtial District, registered for the offences alleged under Sections 270, 273 of IPC and Section 20(2) of COTPA Act.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case is squarely covered with the Order rendered by this Hon'ble Court in Criminal Petition No.10413 of 2021, dated 23.11.2022.
3. The petitioners - Accused Nos.1 to 3 are being prosecuted for the offences under Sections 270, 273 of IPC and Section 20(2) of COTPA Act. This Court had repeatedly quashed the proceedings wherein tobacco products were found on the ground that the provisions under Sections 270, 273 of IPC and Section 20(2) of COTPA Act, are not attracted. This Court vide Crl.Petition No.10413 of 2021, dated 23.11.2022 had quashed the proceedings against the Accused persons.

4. Resultantly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.552 of 2020 on the file of Station House Officer, Velgatur Police Station, Jagtial District, are hereby quashed making common order copy of Crl.Petition No.10413 of 2021, dated 23.11.2022 as a part of this order.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
