Section 14(i) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975
(i)No employee who has been in the service of the Bank for a period of three months on purely temporary basis shall resign his post unless he has given seven days previous notice or pay in lieu thereof.
