Section 107(2) in The Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961
(2)Every such application shall be made in the form specified by the Registrar and shall be signed by the applicant and shall be accompanied [by deposit of such amount, if any as may be specified by the Registrar to cover the cost of process. The scales for such cost of process shall be fixed by the Registrar from time to time by a general or special order. Under such scales, the fee for issuing any notice shall not exceed [rupees fifty] [Substituted by G.N. of 18.12.1979.] and the bhatta to be paid to any person serving any notice shall not exceed [rupees one hundred] [Substituted 'Rs.5' by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).] per day, and the deposit for other costs of process shall not exceed the expenditure likely to be incurred for recovering the amount.] The applicant may indicate whether he wishes to proceed against the immovable property mortgaged to the applicant or other immovable property or to secure the attachment of immovable property.
