Section 2 in The Orissa Legislative Assembly Members' (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1965
2. Application.
(a)These rules shall apply to all the Members of the Orissa Legislative Assembly and the Members of their family.(b)Free medical attendance shall be made available only to a member and his families at his residence.
