Section 17(a) in Pepsu Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1977
(a)is a Government employee and is on deputation with the Corporation and who has been admitted to the provident fund maintained by the Government shall, so long as he is in Government service, be entitled to continue to subscribe to the said fund in accordance with the rules applicable to Government employees :
