1. This is a petition under sub-sections (4) and (5) of Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, praying for extension of six months, for completion of proceedings and passing of award by the learned Arbitral Tribunal, with effect from 20th July, 2020.

2. Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the interests of justice would warrant grant of extension as prayed.

3. In the circumstances, the petition is allowed. The time for conclusion of proceedings and passing of award, available with the learned Arbitral Tribunal stands extended by a period of six months with effect from 20th July, 2020.
