(2)Every year nominations shall be invited, in respect of one of the spheres specified in sub-rule (1) on rotative basis, from the past recipients of Konark Samman, the Presidents/Chairman of the National Akademis and a panel of not more than twenty-five National Akademi awardees (in the relevant sphere) of various States, drawn up by the Board.
