Section 13(ii) in The U.P. (Regulation Of Building Operations) Directions, 1960
(ii)Street width. - (a) Local streets, except as hereinafter provided, shall have a minimum width of 30 feet but a street adjoining a park, or any open public space with building only on one side, may however, have a minimum width of 25 feet.
