92. Forwarding of minutes and reports in proceedings to State Government.
(1)The Commissioner shall forward to the State Government a copy of the minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Corporation, within ten days from the date on which the minutes of the proceedings of such meeting were signed as provided in section 91.(2)The State Government may also in any case call for a copy of any paper or all the papers which were laid before the Corporation or the standing Committee or Special Committee or Joint Committee as the case may be and the Commissioner shall forward to the State Government a copy of such paper or all such papers.Validation
