Section 6(2) in Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1974
(2)A member of the Commission shall also be paid cash payment in lieu of unutilized leave at his credit at the time of his retirement on superannuation from Government service during his tenure as a member in accordance with the rules applicable to him as Government servant in this behalf.
