ORAL ORDER
(Pronounced by Hon'ble Ms. Lata Baswaraj Patne, Member(J)) Heard M/s. Prakash Adiapadam for the applicants and Mr. R. Syed Mustafa enters appearance and takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. By this original application, the applicants are seeking the following relief:
"The applicant therefore humbly prays that this Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the Applicants for the appointment to the post of Driver (Police Department) Grade-III (Men) Unreserved (UR) category based on the provisional selection List vide Notification D-
4(II)/Pol(HQ)/Estt.I(A)/DRG-III(DR)/2023 dated 18-10- 2023 published by the 4th respondent in pursuant to Recruitment Notification vide No. D-
4(II)/Pol(HQ)/Estt.I(A)/DRG-III(DR)/2022 dated 19-11- 2022 issued by the 5th respondent and direct the respondents to issue appointment in favour of the Applicants post of Driver (Police Department) Grade-III (Men) and accommodate them at suitable place with effect from the date on which when other selected candidates were appointed and grant all monetary and monetary benefit granted to them as per rules from time to time and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice."
3. When matter is taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the applicants opposed the LLR in the particular category and they have applied for the post, they came in the select list.

4. without going into the merits with limited relief, Respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 20.11.2023 in accordance with the rules within two months from the date of receipt of the order.
5. MA for joining together is allowed. OA is disposed of. No order as to cost.
