Section 168 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
168. Establishment of Sinking Fund.
- The Corporation shall establish a Sinking Fund in respect of each loan raised under Section 165 for the repayment of moneys borrowed, or debentures issued, and shall, every year, pay into such Sinking Fund such sum as shall be sufficient for the repayment, within the period fixed for the loan, of the moneys borrowed or the debentures issued.
