15. Notice.
[Section 20(2)(h)] - The agent or purchasing agent, as the case may be, shall cause to be posted on a notice board at each weighment centre throughout the cane purchasing season notices showing the rates at which cane is being purchased at the particular centre, if any, and also the minimum price for cane, if any, fixed by law for the time being in force. Such notices shall be legibly written or printed only on one side of the paper in Hindu Devnagri script.
