Section 27(1) in The Orissa (State) Council for Child Welfare Rules, 1996
(1)The accounts of the State Council, including the District Councils, Utkal Balashram Branches, Anganwadi Training Centres and other such organisations, shall be audited every year by a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants appointed by the Executive Council.
