- When a case of cholera has occurred, or infection by the disease is threatened, prophylactic inoculation should be carried out on the widest scale possible. In the event of cholera appearing in the jail a telegraphic demand for sufficient vaccine to inoculate the whole of the Jail population with two doses (1.5 C.C. per head) should be made on the Civil Surgeon of the District.
