63. Effect of provisions inconsistent with other laws.
- The provisions or this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force, or in any custom, usage, decree or order of the Court or any agreement incorporated in any other instrument having effect by virtue of any law.
