Section 97(2) in Assam Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1985
(2)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, the Board or any committee thereof, for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rule or order or scheme made thereunder.
