Section 75(1) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020
(1)The Authority, at its discretion, may allow lien to an employee generally for a maximum period of two years consequent upon his appointment in another autonomous body, public sector enterprise or government department on direct recruitment basis and the same may be extended by another year in exceptional circumstances.
