Section 109(2) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998
(2)Wherever any such member or employee's is held to be so liable, he shall make good the loss within a period of one month from the date of the order failing which an amount equal to the loss shall be recoverable from such member or employee as an arrear of land revenue.
