Section 9(c) in The U.P. Narcotic Drugs Rules, 1986
(c)furnish to the Collector or any other officer duly authorised by him in this behalf, within a week after the end of each calendar year, information regarding the purchase and consumption of manufactured drugs during the preceding year, the stocks of manufactured drugs, held by him on the last day of the year in the form prescribed by the Collector for the purpose.
