Section 13(2) in THE KERALA EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE WORKERS’ WELFARE FUND ACT, 2021
(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (1), the method of appointment, salary and allowances, discipline and other service conditions of officers and staff appointed under the said sub-section shall be in such manner, as may be determined by the Government.
