Section 22A(1) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(1)The General Body may pass a resolution expelling a member under Section 21-A, either on its own motion, or on receipt of a requisition from -(a)at least one tenth of the total number of members thereof; or(b)the Committee.
