Section 36(2) in The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Orissa Rules, 1980
(2)Where there is any dispute in this regard or with regard to applicability of holidays including weekly holidays, hours of work including extra wages for overtime Work done and other conditions of service to a migrant workman under Clause (a) of Sub-section (1) of Section 13, the same shall be decided by the Labour Commissioner of the State whose decision shall be final.
