(ii)appoints the Chief Engineer (Buildings and Communications) as the ex-officio Chairman and the Superintending Engineer, Designs (Buildings and Communications), Bombay, and the Electrical Engineer to Government, Bombay, as the ex-officio expert members of the said Board.
