Section 8(1) in The Orissa Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2004
(1)Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a Nodal Agency at the State Level and the District Industries Centres shall be the Nodal Agencies at the District Level, to undertake industrial promotion activities and to facilitate investors.
