Section 67(3) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 1996
(3)The notice under sub-rule (2) shall contain a statement that the lessee shall hand over possession of the quarry' within a period of 15 (Fifteen) days of the date of service of the notice to an officer authorised by him under sub-rule (1) of rule 67. Where a lessee fails to hand over possession of a quarry' within the period specified in the notice under sub-rule (2) to the officer authorised under sub-rule (1) of Rule 67. he may take possession of the quarry' from the lessee and for that purposes may use such force as he considers necessary'.
