Section 47(1) in The Clinical Establishments (Registration And Regulation) Act, 2010
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any authority or any member of the National Council or State Council or any officerauthorised in this behalf in respect of anything, which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder.
