(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters namely:-(a)the manner of making proposal and Project Report to establish the University under sections 6 and 7;(b)other matters relating to the Statutes and Ordinances under sub-section (1) of section 26, section 27, section 28 and section 29;(c)matters relating to dissolution of the Sponsoring Body under sub-section (2 and 3) of section 42;(d)matters relating to dissolution of the University under sub-section (1) of section 43 and section 44.
