Section 146(2) in The Rajasthan Law And Judicial Department Manual, 1952
(2)On receipt of intimation the concerned Law Officer shall prepare a brief of the case for the use of the Advocate-on-Record and Counsel at New Delhi and send the same to the Law and Judicial Department.
