Section 323(3) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(3)The Commissioner may, with the previous approval of the Corporation and for reasons to be recorded, suspend a licence in respect of a private market for such period as he thinks fit or cancel such licence:Provided that no such licence shall be cancelled without giving an opportunity to the licensee of being heard.
