Section 52 in The Maharashtra Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1962

52. Recovery of penalties.

- Any sum imposed by way of penalty or awarded by way of costs under this Act shall be recoverable in the manner provided in this Chapter for the recovery of arrears of agricultural income-tax.
