By this Petition fled under Articles 226 and 227 of 2021.03.22 16:55:55 +0530 the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 16th January 2021 passed by the Chairman, Grocery Market & Shops Board directing that the wage rate of mathadi 1/3 13-WPST-5032-21.doc workers be increased by 19 percent by way of interim relief.

3. Learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks time to fle Affdavit in Reply.

4. Learned Advocate Ms. Manesh for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that she received instructions from her client that they will not take any coercive action for recovery of the amount. Statement is accepted. In view of this this fact, we pass the following order:-

(i) The Petitioner is directed to remove all offce objections on or before 5th April 2021, failing which the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
(ii) Respondents to fle their Affdavit in Reply on or before 5th April 2021 with copy to other side.
(iii) Affdavit in Rejoinder, if any, to be fled on or before 19th April 2021 with copy to other side. 2/3

(iv) Matter to appear on board on 27th April 2021.

(v) Statement made by the learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to continue till next date.
