Section 31 in The Chota Nagpur Tenancy Rules, 1959
31. The Settlement Officer shall keep the Deputy Commissioner and the Commissioner in whose jurisdiction operations under these rules are in progress informed of the nature and progress of the operations in such manner as the Board of Revenue may direct.
