Section 25 in The Rajasthan Money-Lenders Act, 1963
25. Debtor not bound to admit correctness of accounts.
- Adebtor to whom a statement of accounts or a pass book has been furnished under section 22 shall not be bound to acknowledge or deny its correctness and his failure to do so shall not, by itself, be deemed to be an admission of the correctness of the accounts.
