19. [ Disposal of trade wastes and effluents. [Substituted vide Punjab Government Gazette LSP III dated 19-3-1981.]
- The arrangements made in every factory for the disposal of wastes and effluent due to the manufacturing process carried on therein shall be in accordance with those approved by the Punjab State Board for the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution constituted under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 or the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and other appropriate authorities.[*]
